Sectors we staff

Healthcare facilities we support

One staffing partner across the continuum of care — led by our senior care practice.

Core expertise

Retirement homes & Long Term Care

Our flagship expertise: long-term care, retirement residences, assisted living and memory care — staffed to provincial standards, day or night.

Hospitals & complex continuing care

Nurses, allied support and unit clerks for medical, surgical, rehab and complex continuing care units during vacancies and surges.

Home & community care

PSWs, health care aides and community nurses for agencies covering client visits, respite blocks and palliative support.

Flagship practice

Senior care staffing, end to end

Long-term care, retirement residences, assisted living and memory care — staffed to provincial standards, day or night, with Ontario and British Columbia as our deepest benches.

Credential-verified before dispatch

PSW, HCA, RN/RPN and LPN documents, vulnerable sector checks and immunization records are reviewed and approved by our team — never by your scheduler at shift change.

Same-day and overnight fills

Dispatch is live 9 AM to 9 PM ET, every day. Call-ins, outbreak surges and no-shows are confirmed back to you with a named worker, not a maybe.

Continuity residents can feel

Block bookings keep the same aide on the same line for weeks, so residents living with dementia see a familiar face instead of a new one each shift.

The whole home, not just care staff

Nurses and aides plus dietary, housekeeping, laundry, activities and licensed administrators — one vendor, one rate card, one invoice.

Same-day shift fill

Direct hire with a 90-day replacement guarantee, from PSWs through to your licensed administrator.

How it works

Four steps, no procurement maze

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

One request form covers people, equipment or both. A dispatcher calls you back the same business day, or within the hour for urgent shifts.

  2. 02

We match from a verified bench

We shortlist only workers already cleared for your province and facility type, with credentials current on the day of the shift.

  3. 03

    You approve the name

You get the worker's name, role, credentials and arrival time before they show up. No anonymous bodies at the door.

  4. 04

    We follow up

Post-shift check-in, documented feedback, and the same worker back on the line if you want continuity.

Coverage across Canada

Staffed to provincial rules, not generic ones

Different registries, different legislation, different terminology. Ontario and British Columbia are our flagship markets with a standing bench in every major city, and we recruit and place nationally everywhere else.

Ontario

Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Ontario homes are staffed against the direct-care hours target, and a single unfilled PSW line shows up in the next inspection. We hold a bench of screened PSWs, RPNs, dietary and housekeeping staff across the province so a call before 06:00 is normally covered for the day shift.

British Columbia

Health Care Aide / Care Aide (HCA)

In BC, nobody works a publicly funded care shift without a Care Aide Registry number. Every aide we send is Registry-listed and CRRP-cleared before dispatch, so your scheduler never has to chase paperwork at shift change.

We carry the screening, insurance and coverage

Vulnerable sector checks, immunizations, IPAC and safe-transfer training, WSIB and WorkSafeBC coverage, and liability insurance — all on our side of the line, documented and available on request.
