How fast can you fill a shift?

Most same-day day-shift requests received before 06:00 are confirmed within 90 minutes. Nights and weekends are typically confirmed within two hours. If we cannot fill it, you hear from a person, not silence.

Do your workers arrive credential-ready?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nobody is dispatched until their screening, immunization, training and provincial credentials are verified and on file. We can send the credential package to your home before the shift.

Question 3

Who carries WSIB and insurance?

We do. Every worker is our employee, covered under our WSIB (Ontario) or WorkSafeBC (British Columbia) account and our commercial general and professional liability policies.

Question 4

Can we hire your worker permanently?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After a placement runs its agreed term there is no conversion fee. Direct permanent searches are billed as a flat placement fee with a 90-day replacement guarantee.

Question 5

Do you supply equipment as well as people?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ramps, grab bars, roll-in showers, fire and sprinkler systems, nurse-call systems, adjustable beds and resident furnishings can go on the same request as your staffing needs.

Which provinces are you in?
