Rates are per hour, exclusive of HST. All applicable taxes other than HST are included, and HST is remitted on the facility's behalf by Personnel On Demand.

One hourly rate, everything included
There is no separate charge for screening, insurance, payroll administration or dispatch.

- Credential, immunization and vulnerable-sector screening before dispatch
- Pre-shift orientation and named-worker confirmation to your scheduler

Beyond the hourly rate
Supplementary services
Quoted separately and added to the same agreement when you need them.
Digital credential management
Optional access to our secure credential system so your home can track staff qualifications and expiry dates alongside ours.
Permanent placement
Direct hire billed as a flat placement fee with a 90-day replacement guarantee — no conversion fee after an agreed assignment term.
Facility resources
Accessibility upgrades, life-safety systems and resident furnishings quoted per project on the same agreement.
Need a signed rate card for your home?
Send us your sites, roles and expected volumes and we will return a vendor agreement with Schedule A fees, certificates of insurance and WSIB or WorkSafeBC clearance letters.
